Hi! I’m Amanda Onken
With over 15 years of experience as a Training Specialist and Instructional Designer, I have had the privilege of teaching diverse groups of people from various backgrounds. My journey began with teaching English to Bulgarian high school students in the Peace Corps, and has since expanded to include training employees at Fortune 500 companies, managing adult learning programs, creating effective curricula, speaking to large audiences, and developing impactful e-learning solutions.
I am also a certified coach, specializing in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Root Cause Coaching, and the Quantum Release Process. My coaching approach is centered on asking insightful questions that help you uncover your true potential, while you remain the expert in achieving your goals and aspirations.
In addition to my professional endeavors, I am a two-time Ironman finisher, having endured thousands of miles of training and racing in triathlons. This experience has taught me the value of dedication, grit, and the importance of pushing beyond perceived limits.

Utilizing the ADDIE and SAM models, I develop training programs from the ground up and refine existing ones. My unique ability to evaluate and connect with learners ensures that education is both enjoyable and accessible.
Over my 20-year career, I have supported over half a dozen training programs and impacted thousands of learners, showcasing my natural talent for teaching.

I have supported hundreds of employees in various industries, including real estate and software. With a keen ability to analyze skill gaps, I create tailored curricula that accommodate employees' schedules and align with the company's preferred model, whether it be e-learning, instructor-led, or a blended approach.
